Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
Package the Item
Ensure the apparel is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all murdermystery.pk tags still attached.
Dispatch the Return
Ship the package back to our warehouse using a traceable courier service; please note that return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your exchange or issue a bank transfer/store credit within 5-7 working days.
